Seller gave partial refund & offered full refund re:feedback, happy with their response to upgrade to positive feedback. Orig: fast post, however the plastic that this item is made of smells quite badly and lingers on fingers - whatever the material is it s not ABS plastic per the listing (same as Lego), more similar to PVC. It arrived sealed in a plastic bag, so it could be that the smell clears after a couple months of off-gassing. Aside from that issue, it fits a 18mm pole handle very snugly.
