I had been looking for a bread machine cook book to make 1 1/2 pound loaf. After looking at other books listed, this was the one I needed. If you are a baker, you will have just about everything to make your bread. You don't have to compute anything, just measure and put in your bread machine. Glad I found this and glad I bought it. I use it once a week and the smell of fresh bread is wonderful!
I bought this book for my father so he could make bread at home. I chose this book because of all the good reviews it had online. The book has many great recipes, I would recommend it to my friends.
