The guitar is great, very happy with the quality/playability out of the box. The courier, Aramex, were less than average. They collected the item quickly, but the status did not progress so I emailed and called after 3 days of no status change. Aramex responded by saying they don't have the article and to contact the seller and not to contact them further. Donner 's email responses were the standard auto responses and did not address my questions. It finally turned up and Aramex did have it.
