Brought the black v2 example of this product. However I was supplied the silver version, when I contacted the seller they advised they were out of stock of the one ordered so sent the silver one. No contact prior or offer of a refund. I could of brought the silver version from other sellers cheaper, but I didn't want the silver version. No offer of making the transaction right. Be very careful buying a product from this seller .

Love this mug .. it could of been packed better for a china mug , as it was just in its box in a paper bag without any fragile stickers , easily could of arrived broken

Item never arrived. Seller provided tracking link via dragonfly several times which kept saying delivered - I believe this tracking to be fake. Seller did, however, issue a refund after complaint was lodged via eBay which I am grateful for. Wouldn’t purchase again.
