I set the two bubbles for level and it didn't work but didn't realise the laser wasn't horizontal on the stand and once I moved it up, the lines appeared.

The trigger blew out on my orignal, I contacted Bosch because it was still under warranty. I was told the trigger was not covered under the warranty but they sent me out a free replacement anyway. With customer service like that you have a customer for life, thank you very much & keep up the good work.

Instead of making it right (difference is $15) one is subject to the most horrific customer experience, where in each email response, the Bosch position is changed. An attitude of my way or high way. It is disappointing a firm like Bosch allows their staff to treat customers in this way noting that their product is good. Frankly shameful.

Ordered yesterday morning, dispatched the same day and arrived at my door in the morning just before midday. This packaged was sent via Victoria to NSW suburbs. The product is very sturdy, made like a tank, in perfect condition sealed. You can beat the price from Bosch Home & Garden Tools Australia and their services. Everything looks good, came with a bit that I was not expecting with the actual kit. Very impressive! Really happy!
