Came in quickly which I was happy about, the only issue I have is that my quill came with slight damages. I can ignore it but it is obvious and another thing is that the item does not come with ink.
The description/specification says “ink supply system: dipped in water” but even when I did that, thinking the ink is stored in the quill nothing happened. I wish the item disclosed that no Ink will be in the bottle would be nice. I can always buy one myself but knowing before would’ve been great.

Item came well packaged and on time, used for a few weeks now and temperatures are spot on, it will also cut out if left on during water changes as a safety feature , also had a courtesy message from the sell to make sure everything was going OK with it & was told any problem to message.
