Came in quickly which I was happy about, the only issue I have is that my quill came with slight damages. I can ignore it but it is obvious and another thing is that the item does not come with ink.
The description/specification says “ink supply system: dipped in water” but even when I did that, thinking the ink is stored in the quill nothing happened. I wish the item disclosed that no Ink will be in the bottle would be nice. I can always buy one myself but knowing before would’ve been great.

The item I bought cannot be used. The wifi is too slow compared to the one I have now. I have informed the seller of this problem. The seller gave many reasons. 1. ask me to ask an expert about this problem - still not ok. 2. The seller offered me £10 - I didn't agree. 3. ask me to send a repair - the cost of repair and transport is more expensive. I feel very dissatisfied and feel cheated. please take strict action against this seller and return my money 100%. thank you
