Product arrived damaged, out of sellers control they did agree to refund the product. But then came back and offered only a partial refund. had to escalate to Ebay to receive full refund as the product was potentially contaminated during transit.
If they had not tried to offer a partial refund it would have been a positive review.
They did post the item very fast though and it arrived in an amazon box, which leaves me to believe they have multiple selling accounts.
