Fitted tube to wheel and it went flat due to a leak at the valve. Asked for a refund that wasn’t accepted until I initiated formal request through eBay. Had to send tube back to seller. I advised of the return postage cost and was assured that I would receive a full refund.
The package could not be delivered to address provided to me and was returned. Seller refunded purchase price but I was still out of pocket for the postage.
I will not be using this seller again.
