Assicurati che i prodotti siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui li hai ricevuti, mai usati, con tutti i cartellini attaccati, etichette, scatole, sacchetti per la polvere e tutta l’eventuale documentazione allegata. Usa la stessa scatola di consegna per imballare il pacco, se si è danneggiata sostituiscila con una di uguali dimensioni e consistenza.

Invia un messaggio con scritto "RESO DEL PRODOTTO", ed aggiungi il codice SKU che trovi sulla fattura di consegna o sul cartellino del prodotto e la data che riporta l’ordine.

TI verrà inviato un messaggio con le indicazioni da seguire per il reso, che contengono: L'INDIRIZZO DI MAGAZZINO A CUI SPEDIRE IL PACCO (sono 14 magazzini, quindi dipende da dove era stoccato il prodotto), un’etichetta da allegare al pacco e il numero del corriere da contattare per il ritiro del pacco, è sempre lo stesso che ha effettuato la consegna.

In tale caso ti verrà fornita una etichetta di reso per rispedire il prodotto danneggiato/errato, oltre all'indirizzo di spedizione ed il numero del corriere da contattare, IN QUESTO CASO ti verranno restituiti anche i costi di spedizione per il reso..

Non verranno accettati reclami trascorsi i 14 (quattordici) giorni.
