Seller advertised the price at approx $15.00 and I paid for it. Seller then claimed that the batch of products was low quality and were not able to supply. Seller then suggested purchase be cancelled which it was. Next day seller advertises the exact same item for almost $40.00. I have suggested that his methods are deceitful and will report him/her. Seller offered a "coupon" which I haven't sighted. This seller needs to be investigated.
