Incubator was faulty, candler only half works, it won’t reset days we tried every internet instruction we could find, humidity controls work “sometimes” seller continues to send more and more photo and video requests despite the fact that we already sent them. Emailed back and forth for weeks! Won’t accept a return. Wouldn’t use them. Dodgy seller!!

I ended up getting a replacement pressure hose not realising the quick connection are different.or have different types I contacted the seller and he was very helpful and I returned the product for a refund.

Pump is not rated to 9000Lph only 4000Lph and can barely do that in optimum conditions and sounds like something is about to fall apart inside.
Even after many photos and videos the seller would not give a return label insisting i paid for return postage and would possibly get a refund but offered a partial refund and keep it in return for a positive review but due to the false advertising, being hard to deal with and blatant stalling i could not do that and will certainly avoid next time.
