Then after checking with seller was told I'd have no later than 9/6 the date of my weekend event. They never arrived then I saw some lame note from him 9/4 that it was raining & he hadn't shipped it yet. He refused on multiple requests to give me a tracking # with method of shipment. I feel this seller is a sham artist who fails to deliver on time. I sent him a message that I wanted a refund.
