Item is not new. Its obviously a "new return" or "open box", as someone tried to peel the nano-adhesive pad off the back of the unit. Seller waited over a week to ship until I filed a complaint asking for a refund, then shipped it three hours later despite asking for a refund. Fortunately, I do not need the self adhesive feature and for the price, it is acceptable for my needs, but the false description and shipping delay is unacceptable. Not filing "negative", but not positive either.
