    asked for a proof of purchase, was told it would be sent with my order, did not receive anything, asked the seller and she said she would send me a copy, again did not receive it, explained if i do not have proof of purchase for its authenticity i will be returning item, was then sent a rude message and have had no response since

    i have sent the item back for a refund, sent the seller the proof of drop-off. i have not received a refund at all from the seller, nor do i have the bag. she stated she would provide a proof of purchase and she did not. therefore item was not as described
