Excellent seller with a good quality product for the price. The Moka Pot was left in its original box and put in a plastic bag so the box was dented by the time it got to me from China, fortunately the Moka Pot survived the postal journey. The moka pot works well and I have made a lovely cup of coffee out of it. It is a bit harder to clean inside the top section as the floor has a sunken channel around the outside up against the wall which is hard to get to to keep clean. Thankyou.

Buying from this seller is a total waste of time. The item was purchased and paid for promptly via Pay Pal. The seller then cancels the order without any explanation to the buyer, very poor business conduct. A refund was received eventually after 7 days of the cancelled order. The opinion is that these products are advertised on Ebay and then cancelled when the postage becomes expensive. This is not the first time this has happened to this buyer. Beware of this seller.
