This was a complex transaction but it is also a model of good customer service, so it is worth a few words.
When I ordered a vinyl trim piece for a damaged front end of a car, the seller provided assurance that I was ordering the correct part from a long list of similar units. The piece was delivered timely and I took it to an auto body repair shop to have the repair made.
