I got the parts for building the whirlwind in good condition. However, the box was already opened on arrival and parts for the alternative build were clearly removed for an unknown reason. Nothing about that was communicated in the description. While I *technically* got what I paid for, it seems like poor customer service to deliberately open the box and remove parts, defeating the "new" part of the purchase.
