    The item was advertised as "new with tags". Well, it had bee ripped out of the packaging & jammed awkwardly into a box that was too small. It appears to function just fine, and looks in good condition. I requested a partial $20 refund, since it was not "new", and that was the price difference to a used ad I skipped over. Seller said no, but offered a full refund with return. It wasn't worth the hassle. So now I am leaving a neutral.
