Overall I was very satisfied with the sellers communication and timely delivery. However, the item was not packed with any protective packing equipment and placed in a box just slightly larger than the item itself. As such, when I used a box cutter to open it, I damaged the item. I would have really appreciated if the item was packed with more thought, it is thoughtful to wrap items in bubble wrap or a thick plastic fabric to ensure the item won t be damaged upon opening
