Exactly as described. Was originally estimated with a delivery date of Friday April 26th upon purchase date. Then was notified of a new delivery date of Sunday April 28th which it did come on Sunday. There was a piece of paper in Japanese with minimal instructions in English on how to set the locking system code. Overall, this is a sturdy little briefcase that can fit tablets and smaller lap tops as well as, paperwork and legal files.
