Seller sent wrong pants. Also pants not even right size. When asked for refund or to send back at shippers cost ,seller opted to refund but not full refund.
Seller refunded USD$24.74 and refused to refund closer to actual price paid by buyer of USD$54.63, a difference of USD$30.
Buyer attempting to recover rest through ebay. Its a pity the seller does not sell items that they claim to have. A sign of the times.

I did send the wrong item to this buyer. I also sent a full refund to this buyer. I sent the amount that ebay showed on the screen as a full refund. I expressed how sorry i was for the mistake and did not hesitate to send the refund. Buyer was very upset from the first message sent and i understand that, but at the same time there is a polite way to communicate with someone. But i do accept full responsibility for sending the wrong item.
