I’ve always wanted a pill shaver and did a bit of research on types but at the end of the day I took a chance on this one. I really like the performance of the metal side, but I can understand how it could damage soft fabric. I use it on sweatpants so I’m not concerned. I haven’t had success with the plastic nob side but I haven’t tried it on different fabrics. Appropriate ship time and no issues with product.
