    The seller sent a damaged product, I sent a photo. The seller offered to return $25 or wait a maximum of 7 day for a half refund. After 2 weeks and several unanswered letters, he refused to return anything. This is the most incorrect behavior in my entire practice! The wasted time and nerves cannot be estimated. After receiving and using it a period, the buyer claimed it was defective and requested a refund without returning the item.
