    Overall positive. 1 issue with the laptop that wasn't specified (degraded battery life). Other than that, customer service was okay, and the rest of the product came as expected. (Though some of this products specific software e.g. alienware command center. Did not come pre installed as it would with a typical product.) Packaging was secure. Shipping was as expected. I would say I got great value for my money - (I have had the laptop for around 5days FYI)
