    Excellent Reference

    This book rocks! It gives a brief description of the procedures and then lists outcomes. It also gives possibilities for results above and below the normal ranges. Awesome tool! I wish I had this 2 years ago. My mind processes in this format so it has definitely improved my nursing skills and judgement

    Mosby's Diagnostic and Laboratory Test Reference, 9E

    I bought this book as a supplementary reference for my Med-Surg course and clinical this semester. This is the previous edition from 2006, but it is full of relevant info on about any lab test or value you will encounter. At a fraction of the cost of the 10th ed., you can't go wrong. Unless you absolutely insist on buying the latest editions, this one is more than adequate for a cash-strapped nursing student.

    Mosby's Diagnostic----- Great Tool!!

    Easy to find tests, easy to understand and very helpful. I was impressed in the detail that I found with this book. Most lab books give the bare bones of the tests, this one goes way beyond. Would definitely recommend!
