Not very satisfied with the shipping of my item. I ordered 2 thumbgrips because I'm a collector and saw the good condition of the display picture, but did not receive my items in nearly as good of shape. Thumbgrips were dirty and i had to clean them, both cardboard packages were bent and I'm not happy with what I have to display. The package they came in had no protective packaging whatsoever either, the package was barely big enough to fit my items. Ok at best, would not recommend.

Wrote sellar before I bought item. No response. I ended up buying anyways thinking it was 2 low rise and 2 mid rise kontrol freeks. It ended up being 3 low and 1 mid. Wish I knew before cuz I wouldn't of bought. I'd have to pay to ship back which is a total loss of money for me.
