    From smoker to non smoker the Easy Way

    I wanted to stop smoking and thought I would give Easy Way a go . I have been smoke free for seven days and have no desire to smoke ! I had previously been a smoker averaging twenty a day for over forty years ! I can not believe how easy this was after a few days off not smoking I really didnt need or want to . I would recommend this method to anyone who seriously wants to quit after all what have you got to loose ?

    Wow!!!

    totally changed my way of looking at smoking. I found that I cut down whilst reading the book, without even thinking about it. I have now been a non-smoker for just 1 week, and although I do think about smoking, those thoughts are getting fewer by the day. I have not once felt the need to run out and buy cigs either. Good luck!

    The easy way to stop smoking allen carr

    I love this book. I smoked 25 yrs 20 a day, tried to give up several times with help and will power and failed!!! I heard of this book bought it and haven't smoked since nor do I care. Given everyone who knows me the title to this book, including docters, no smoking clinics, and our local hospital on respitory ward I actually bought them a copy of this book!!! Buy it for all those smokers out there! They/ You'll read it when your ready lol. Best book I ever read.
