Second time trying to purchase this item and it came 1 day early. The item is exactly as described. I have not fitted it yet (as it is wet here today) but will do follow-up feedback when I do.
I am not sure what has happened with mail in recent days but this item came in 7 days (inc' weekends). So very quick!!! Much quicker than usual. No customs duties either (due to being posted via regular mail and NOT DHL, UPS or FedEx - so keep doing it this way!).

Installation was a breeze. The cut-out on the top side of the cover may be slightly off by a few millimeters (the cut-out is for avoiding the sway bar link, and on this cover it seems to be too far in towards the center of the car so that it barely avoids it - even after moving the cover towards the wheel as much as possible ) but since I don't have the original to hand (it was bent up and destroyed beyond recognition due to an accident in this area) I cannot confirm that.
