I'm incredibly happy with the excellent customer service! I received the item quickly and exactly as described. However, the seller and I were unaware that a product key was necessary to use the software. The item did not include one, so I contacted the seller to ask about it. They responded quickly and went above and beyond to do research to find a solution AND issued a refund. When I suggested returning it, they allowed me to keep it. I'd be happy to buy from them again!
