I have order 2 quantity of this item. Each quantity is 200pcs, when item arrived found the seller have only sent 1 quantity of what I have order. Contact seller by email and two days later no reply. Seller has not responded to my email and had to get eBay to seek for refund. Had to wait 7 days to see if the seller respond to my email, if not has to escalate to eBay for refund.

Then offered partial refunds n said get the parts on your own time. Research showed parts req were $16 each . More than the units price. And these parts were not available. Ended up with refund and binned the items as not useableb
