    Good Book

    Alternatives to western medicine has been my strive for a number of years. This book helps support my belief system. Along with chiropractic care, which gives the body a chance to heal itself, healing foods can also do it. Love the chance to purchase this book!

    A Must Read - If you care about your well being.

    This book contains brief but informative explainations of the effects some nutrients have on our well being. It will empower the reader to make better choices when they reach for something to quench his hunger. It will empower you to be better nurished. I have not been healed per say, but certainly educated to make better choices.

    Good as a back ground data source, but would have enjoyed a more recent copyright. That about summarizes other than what would normally be expected. Book was in great shape. Received in efficient time frame with good communication.

    This is must have for anyone trying to stay healthy and make wise food choices. It is easily read, divided up in sections about food benefits and some great realist receipes to try. It even covers how to make wise choices when eating out and traveling. It's a 100% bookshelf must have not just a dust catcher.
