The initial tree arrived fractured. When I contacted the seller with what happened and pictures to show, she promptly initiated a replacement. This is by far one of the BEST vendors and excellent at communicating. The package was done properly (and far better than most people pack items of this caliber), however, the postal carriers failed to carry the package to the destination with tender loving care.
