The seller did a good job getting it to me on time. The manufacturer lacks, in the manual it says to drill 2, 6mm holes. They provide three coach screws and three 12mm plastic plugs for the 6mm screws. This unit is designed to be bolted to a concrete wall as it is too heavy for timber construction. The design is to screw in the coach screws just leaving the heads open by about 10mm, so one can easy lift the unit in place. The screws supplied heads are too big to go over the holes.

AAAAAA++++++++ seller, item as described, fast post......BUT Postal services must have left out in the rain, wet the box as it was in a another box and all contents arrived here boxed up and all saturating wet in another box ( original box must have been completely saturated )....water was on all parts including the straps, inside, instructions, packing box and 4 nozzles in a plastic bag, everything was wet!????..happy with seller but unhappy with Postal Services!...
