I received Cayenne Pepper no fault to the vendor, I found it on the grass thrown there by the delivery guy who was to lazy in taking it and leaving it at the front door. I just happen to see a large envelope in the grass when I was putting the garbage out. That’s how things get lost. I would maybe contact your delivery service and have a word to them.
If it was in the mail box it would have been fine but it would not have fit in the mail box so best to drop it off at the front door.
