Item as described, seller shipped fast, shipping delay POST OFFICE error. Seller had this listed as "Buy it now" at $12 or best offer! offer declined at $10, declined at $11. Listing was then changed to "But it now" at $12!......... If you make a mistake on a listing! COMMUNICATE that to the buyer and don't waste their time with useless offers that you will decline, we are talking about a 1$-$2 difference in you asking price, work and communicate with the buyer, most buyers will understand.

Please accept my apology. I'm still a little new at this. I've sold numerous lots of these. It took me a while to figure out that when you relist it automatically toggles the "accept offers" button. I meant for this to be only a buy it now; my price for this item is very low compared to other listings, and I really didn't want lower offers. You're right - it's my mistake.
