The book arrived damaged. It should have been packaged in cardboard box or at least cardboard inside bubble wrap. I was only offered partial refund. I refused asking for replacement book. I've been given full refund I believe. Haven't checked bank yet . Nothing written to say do not bend, squash. Very disappointed as it's hard book to get in Australia don't know why. Not cheap either.
