My experience with this seller was questionable... When you list something NWOT. You should make note in your listing when inner tags are completely cut off. (The cleaning instruction tag was completely cut off.) Which I found questionable, since it was listed as new. When I contacted the seller to ask why, her response was ok... After a long explanation, she basically instructed me to take it, or leave it. I could return the jacket for a refund, but shipping would be at my expense.
