Sellers listing states orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. After nearly 2 weeks and no tracking updates,I contacted the seller to see when /if my order will dispatch. Seller tried to blame Aus Post saying it had already been posted (tracking events disagree) and finally dispatched order after repeatedly messaging. Some 2 and a half weeks on and Aus Post have said that they are unable to process the package, seller needs to collect because package is falling apart and cannot be sent.
