This is as seller to be trusted to make things right to ensure your satisfaction. After recent flood damage many had, they shipped me another unit that was not quite as stellar as the one advertised that turned out to be damaged by the flood but they made it right by sending a deluxe unit and also returned a reasonable discount to my CC since the unit sent was not quite up to par with the original.
