The experience was very upsetting.I specifically ordered from an AU seller (and paid 3 times the price compared to the same item from China) because I needed a guarantee that the item arrives on time for my event. They lost my item and informed me too late for me to make an alternative arrangement. They confirmed they still had the items but those were already allocated to another buyer and refused to send 1 to me instead, despite I ordered weeks before. They did not attempt to find any solution
