Unfortunately the itemed I ordered was out of stock and he did not have any more of the model I wanted (why the 4 stars). The seller was fast to notify me of this the next morning (I ordered on a Sunday). To make up for this misgiving he worked with me to get an upgraded replacement. Seller communication was probably the best I have ever had on ebay. This guy really went above and beyond and if I ever need a new PC on ebay I will look here first. Was shipped fast and came in a sealed Dell box.
