This is an honest company. I ordered a battery tester. It was delayed in the post. The company responded quickly and asked that I wait longer. The postal service was to blame, not the company. The battery charger didn t work, when it arrived, so I contacted the firm and they refunded my money immediately. I would recommend them, as they are an honourable company.

Item arrived a couple of days late, and was the wrong letter (should have been J). When retailer was contacted, then sorted out a refund straight away. If item had been correct letter I would have been very happy with it as it looks good quality.
