I was so relieved to find a seller that would ship to the US. It arrived rather quickly and had absolutely no damage. It was packed very well. Only thing is the seller was charging way more out of the gate for just the machine then Dyson direct or other retailers. Kind of a rip-off but oh well I'm happy to have it.
