Received the Dr. Pen box and a plastic case that holds it with a cloth bag for the pen. 12 cartridges and a Canadian plug which I wasn't sure I'd receive but am happy to find included. Haven't tried it yet but looks completely brand new and un used. I got this older version because it goes to 3mm for body needling scars or stretchmarks, not available w newer pens. It also has all the different cartridges available to it not just a choice few like the new pens. Only catch is has to be plugged!

The antifreeze membranes were supposed to protect my skin from freezing when using my cryolipolysis machine. They did NOT work and I got frost bite and blistering on my arm! I have used these over 20 times from other sellers. This has never happened.
I contacted the seller, and they've been worthless. They are taking no responsibility and have not even apologized for disfiguring my body. They are saying I must have used them wrong or my machine is faulty. How insulting! Never order from them!

Waited patiently for the close to $700 device. The listing said it was a NEW and UNUSED device yet when I opened the box it had many signs of wear and tear on the cord and the device and the thing didn’t even turn in. I could hear it making some noises inside but the screen did not ever show any signs of working. Very disappointed. Still waiting on seller to respond to my request to return and get a refund. BUYER BEWARE with this seller
