The carrier Speedpak took 11 days to deliver from the time it arrived in Australia, this is totally unacceptable. They fail to update tracking regularly, so we are unable to see exactly where the item is. This is the fourth time I have had this happen with Speedpak, on 2 occasions the parcel has never arrived at all!
