Pro: seller declared damaged ornament in description. They also sent a mail after order was placed letting me know the water was yellowing, though it wasn't in item description.
Con: Item description said it would ship via priority mail, and was instead shipped with Ground Advantage. The estimated arrival date was therefore wrong, and item didn't show up until 18 days after order was placed. Christmas ornaments arrived after Christmas.
Overall dissatisfied due to shipping method change.

I am truly sorry that the ornaments did not arrive as they should have. I can only send an item with the shipping that the customer chooses. Priority was available, but you chose Ground Advantage. Priority is in the description to let consumers know that it is available. Again I apologize for any misunderstanding.
