thought i was buying a triple strip ball marker as picture of item implied. when package arrived all i recieved was a small marker pen. contacted seller and was told i ticked wrong box and should be more careful. so ended up with a expensive marker pen. will not deal with again

Item was listed as Postage Free, but $5 approx was charged. Contacted seller a number of times who informed me that they couldn't afford free postage & I should understand. The thing they should understand is that charges remain as listed on the web page and not increased at point of sale. They seem totally unaware of their obligation to Ebay principles of conduct.
