I bought 2 RESTORIA colour cream treatment and they came with no packaging which makes me question if they’re brand new and genuine. I contacted the seller to express my dissatisfaction and asked if they are genuine and why they were not in their original packaging and he said to return them. No apology,no reason why,appalling service.I’ll also open an international EBay case regarding this purely out of principle and lack of service,duty of care and negligence

I did buy a product of him a month back. Delivery was expected in Mid April but I didn't receive it even in the first week of may. So i contacted them to see that it says the package is posted for almost 3 weeks now but the tracking number provided isn't working. I was refunded and the price was increased 10 more dollars.

Bought Pokemon cards from this seller and after arrival, I immediately noticed that it was FAKE. Sent a complaint to Ebay customer service and they proved to be of absolutely no help. Do not buy from this seller. You're better off purchasing from elsewhere. Absolutely shameful.
