I contacted the seller to explain that the item was not delivered! A photograph taken at the rear of the property is not proof of delivery if a card was NOT left, informing me of where the parcel was left! This I got 14 days after the alleged delivery after searching the rear of my property & No confirmation of exactly WHERE the item was left!
Too many sellers won't take responsibility for the inept courier they chose to deliver the purchase!
